CMD178C311-21 GHz (X, Ku, K Band) Fundamental MixerMMIC
The CMD178C3 is a general purpose double balanced mixer MMIC in aleadless surface mount (SMT) package that can be used for up- anddownconverting applications between 11 and 20 GHz. The CMD178C3 hasvery high isolation to both the RF and IF ports due to theoptimized balun structures, and can operate with an LO drive levelas low as +9 dBm. The CMD178C3 mixer MMIC can easily be configuredas an image reject mixer or single sideband modulator with externalhybrids and power splitters.
