3、EN 931:1997+A2:2009适用范围：
1.1 This standard is applicable to lasting machines used in thefootwear manufacturing industry, namely: Adhesive fore part lastingmachines (see figure 1), Hand operated adhesive side lastingmachines (see figure 3 A), Adhesive seat lasting machines (seefigure 2), Adhesive seat and side lasting machines (see figure 2),Hand operated tack/staple side lasting machines (see figure 3B),Tack seat lasting machines (see figure 2), Tack seat and sidethermocement lasting machines (see figure 2), Tack heel seat andthermocent side lasting machines (see figure 2), Tack heel seat andthermocent + tack side lasting machines (see figure 2).
1.2 This standard does not apply to lasting machines whichprocess granular thermocement.
1.3 This standard specifies re for safe design,construction and use of the machines. No specific re areincluded for transport, commissioning and decommissioning. It takesaccount of intended use, foreseeable misuse, component and systemfailure.
1.4 This standard covers all hazards relevant to the footwearmanufacturing industry. The use of machines within the scope ofthis standard in different industries may give rise to hazardswhich were not taken into account at the time of itspreparation.
1.5 This document is not applicable to lasting machines whichare manufactured before the date of its publication as EN.
1.1本标准适用于鞋类制造业中使用的定型机，即：粘合前部定型机（见图1）、手动粘合侧定型机（见图3A）、粘合座定型机（见图2）、粘合座和侧定型机（见图2）、手动钉/钉侧定型机（见图3B），钉座持久机（见图2）、钉座和侧面热水泥持久机（见图2）、钉跟座和热水泥侧面持久机（见图2）、钉跟座和热水泥+热水泥侧面持久机（见图2）。
1.2本标准不适用于加工粒状热水泥的持久机。
1.3本标准规定了机器的安全设计、施工和使用要求。不包括运输、调试和停运的具体要求。它考虑了预期用途、可预见的误用、组件和系统故障。
1.4本标准涵盖与鞋类制造业相关的所有危险。在不同行业中使用本标准范围内的机器可能会产生危险，在编制本标准时未考虑这些危险。
1.5本文件不适用于在EN发布日期之前制造的耐久机。
