突发：印度发布皮革等材质的鞋类质量控制法令BIS—ISI认证，要求即刻强制实施BIS—ISI认证
印度工贸促进部（DPIIT）皮革和鞋类部门（LEATHER AND FOOTWEARSECTION）于2020年10月27日，以追求更高水平的质量，可靠性和一致性为理由，连续在印度官方政府公报上发布了三个有关鞋类的质量控制法令，旨在限制廉价鞋类制品进入印度市场，这三个法令分别是：
(i) Footwear madefrom Leather and other materials (Quality Control) Order,2020,皮革和其他材料制成的鞋类(质量控制)法令2020；
(ii) PersonalProtective Equipment Footwear (Quality Control) Order, 2020个人防护设备鞋类(质量控制)法令2020；
(iii) Footwear madefrom all Rubber & all Polymeric material and its components(Quality Control) Order,2020 全橡胶及全高分子材料制鞋及其部件(质量控制)法令2020。
鉴于目前印度形势和该认证周期长、流程繁琐的特点，亚锐标准建议相关中国企业应尽快开展认证工作，获取印度标准局予以合法批准的BIS-ISI证书，以免产品出口受到影响。印度法规还要求，BIS-ISI认证需要印度当地居民或者印度分公司负责人承担认证代理人角色，亚锐标准可提供配套的认证代理人服务。
