To obtain evidence that all requirements are met in the applicablestandards or technical requirements, goods must undergo one or acombination of the following verification process:

-Laboratory testing: Accepted laboratories are as follows:

- accredited to ISO/IEC 17025;
通过ISO / IEC 17025认证的检测实验室;
-Third party ISO/IEC 17025 accredited laboratory operating as perthe ILAC guidelines;
按照ILAC指南运行的第三方ISO / IEC 17025认证实验室;
Manufacturer’s laboratory complying with followingrequirements:
符合以下要求的制造商实验室：
-To have recognized Quality Management System in place, such asISO9001...etc.
建立公认的质量管理体系，如ISO9001等。
-Manufacturer provides to NormalTCI a list of all its equipment andevidence of the last calibration records. The equipment suffices toperform the test required in the standard for the product.
制造商向NormalTCI诺莫检测提供其所有设备和上次校准记录的证据清单。该设备足以执行产品标准中所要求的测试。

After verification processis completed and results are satisfactory, exporter will have tosubmit the Final Invoice for the issuance of the CoC.
在验证过程完成并且结果令人满意后，出口商必须提交发票用以签发CoC。
ForAir-Freight, courier and shipments from nearby countries CoC is tobe issued on PROFORMA Invoice basis.
从邻近guojia空运，快递和水运的货将以形式发票签发CoC。
Note: If theprocess is initiated by the importer with the RFC, NormalTCILiaison Office in Cote d’Ivoire will transmit all the submitteddocuments to the corresponding Affiliate at the country of Supplyfor them to contact and coordinate the intervention with exporterand request for missing documents
注：如果进口商与RFC一起进行该过程，科特迪瓦的NormalTCI诺莫检测联络处将向供应国的相应附属机构发送所有已提交的文件，以便他们和出口商联系跟协调，并请求丢失的文件。
