一|什么文件需要办理领事馆认证？
我国公民要去国外学习|工作|居住，或是在国内办理出国签证时，通常需要使用某些国内公证处出具的涉外公证书，如出生公证|未受刑事处分公证|授权委托书公证|合同公证等等。这些公证书在送国外使用前可能需要办理领事馆认证；企业因境外经贸活动需要，常需向贸促会申请原产地证|发票|装箱单等，或向出入境检验检疫机构申请原产地证明|动植物出口检疫证明书等,上述文书在发往国外使用前，可能需办理领事馆认证。
通常公民个人或企业出国办理事务或进行企业活动，外国驻华使领馆或该国的有关部门会向当事人提出文书领事馆认证要求。如果对方要求您办理领事馆认证，那么您应当按对方的要求准备相应的文书
领事馆认证是外交或领事馆机构以祖国名义进行文书推介和确认的活动。申请领事馆认证的文书有下列情形之一的，领事馆认证机构不予办理：（一）文书的印鉴|签名不属实的；（二）文书的印鉴|签名未进行备案，或者与备案不相符的；（三）文书的印鉴|签名|装订|时效等不符合出文机构|用文机构规定和要求的；（四）可能损害中国祖国利益和社会公共利益的；（五）领事馆认证机构认为不应办理的其他情形，
