什么是FCC认证？

      FCC认证是针对在美国制造或销售的电子电气产品的一种产品认证。它证明产品发出的无线电频率在联邦通信委员会 (FCC)批准的限制范围内。

认证范围

      FCC根据发射的射频类型制定了测试电子和电气设备的技术标准。所有的标准被收录于联邦法规47CFR中，其中，按照装置类型可以分为以下几个类型：

1)     FCC Part 15 －射频设备

2)     FCC Part 18 －工业，科学和医疗设备

3)     FCC Part 22 －蜂窝电话

4)     FCC Part 24 －个人通讯系统

5)     FCC Part 68 －所有类型的电信终端设备

6)     FCC Part 74－实验性广播，辅助，特殊广播和其他节目分发服务

7)     FCC Part 90 －个人陆地移动无线服务

8)     FCC Part 95 －个人无线电服务

认证流程

Step1：寄送样品，提交技术文件

Step2：确认产品适用的标准

Step3：确认认证程序，SDOC或者Certification

Step4：产品测试

SDOC：第三方实验室完成测试

Certification：需在FCC认可实验室完成测试

Step5：批准

SDOC：责任方需要确保产品符合FCC法规，保存文件资料，提交符合性申明文件

Certification：需要取得FCC ID注册号，向TCB机构提出申请认证，获取证书

FCC ID是设备完成FCC注册后的唯一识别代码。FCC ID由两部分组成，第一部分是Granteecode，3-5位英文和数字的组成。第二部分是product code，由grantee分配。

FCC标签要求

1.     FCCID，产品名称，型号，相关方名称，地址，联系电话，以及FCC logo

2.     符合FCC法规的申明，

Part 15的产品，需要提供以下类似的申明：

Class A 类产品：This equipment has been tested and found to complywith the limits for a Class A digital device, pursuant to part 15of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonableprotection against harmful interference when the equipment isoperated in a commercial environment. This equipment generates,uses, and can radiate radio frequency energy and, if not installedand used in accordance with the instruction manual, may causeharmful interference to radio communications. Operation of thisequipment in a residential area is likely to cause harmfulinterference in which case the user will be required to correct theinterference at his own expense

Class B类产品：This equipment has been tested and found to complywith the limits for a Class B digital device, pursuant to part 15of the FCC Rules. These limits are designed to provide reasonableprotection against harmful interference in a residentialinstallation. This equipment generates, uses and can radiate radiofrequency energy and, if not installed and used in accordance withthe instructions, may cause harmful interference to radiocommunications. However, there is no guarantee that interferencewill not occur in a particular installation. If this equipment doescause harmful interference to radio or television reception, whichcan be determined by turning the equipment off and on, the user isencouraged to try to correct the interference by one or more of thefollowing measures:

 —Reorient or relocate the receiving antenna.

—Increase the separation between the equipment and receiver.

—Connect the equipment into an outlet on a circuit differentfrom that to which the receiver is connected.

—Consult the dealer or an experienced radio/TV technician forhelp.
