很多儿童玩具卖家反馈，我产品做了CPC认证，我提交了，亚马逊那边审核还是不通过，不通过的原因有哪些？
遇到CPC被拒的情况，首先需要检测你的CPC证书是否有按要求包含以下七点信息：
1、产品信息；
2、产品适用的所有的法规和条列；
3、进口商或制造商（美国本土）的信息：包括名称、地址和电话；
4、支撑证书的检测结果档案持有人的联系信息：名称、地址、邮箱地址和电话。（通常可以理解为美国本土以外的制造商）；
5、产品生产日期和地址，生产日期必须到年月，地址必须到城市；
6、检测时间和地址或者证书基于的检测报告
7、第三方检测机构信息（CPSC认可的实验室）：名称、地址、联系电话。
如果上述都没有问题，则需要根据亚马逊反馈的邮箱来具体分析操作了
亚马逊常见的邮箱问题如下
1 年龄等级
亚马逊回复：
We noticed that the recommended Age Grade of the ASIN is missingon the product(s) detail page.
Please update the product(s) detail page with the recommendedAge Grading (the manufacturer_minimum_age attribute) identified onthe ASINs third party test report in order to move forward with theapproval process.
分析：
Listing后台缺少产品的适用年龄描述，在后台更新好即可。
2 进口商信息
The CPC submitted is missing required information. To moveforward with the approvals process for your product, pleaseresubmit the document with the following updated information:
US importer or domestic manufacturer name, mailing address,contact information located in United States.
CPC证书内缺少进口商信息，需要补全相关信息。
3 测试结果维护联系人
Contact information for the individual maintaining records,including name, full mailing address, email address,and telephonenumber.
CPC证书上缺少测试结果维护联系人的相关信息。
4 合规文件缺少
In order to review your documents related to Product Assuranceof Toys, please submit them on Vendor Central using the followingsteps:
4.1. In Vendor Central, click the Items menu, and then selectVendor Certificates
4.2. Click on Missing Compliance Documents;
4.3. Search for the affected ASIN and then;
4.4. Click Add to upload the documents.
不要在CASE中回复内容和提交文件，需要在菜单目录栏找到查看销售申请，再找到被拒绝的ASIN，重新提交证书进行审核。
5 产品图片信息
Please be informed that we can only accept product images.Therefore, kindly take clear photo of the product and productpackaging clearly displaying:
* Manufacturer Name
* Manufacturer Address
* Warning label (as applicable
亚马逊要求的第一项商品图片中，产品的实拍图需要清楚地体现出制造商名称、制造商地址和警告标语等。
警告语格式也有要求，3岁以下使用含有小部件的需要体现。
6 CPC证书盖章问题
In order to move forward with the approval process, pleasesubmit the Children’s Product Certificate (CPC) that is issued bythe manufacturer, importer, or private labeler based on theguidelines stated in the Consumer Product Safety Commissionwebsite.
The CPC that has been previously provided cannot be accepted asit is issued from the testing laboratory.
CPC的本质是一份自我声明，是由进口商或者制作商签发的（实际操作中，多数情况都是由贸易商自主签发），只有CPC的测试报告是由检测机构盖章签发的。所以不能用检测机构盖章的CPC证书，用了大概率过不了审核。
7 注册卡信息
The registration card submitted for your product did not includeall of the following:
• Name of the manufacturer or private labeler
• Date of manufacture
• Manufacturer contact information(U.S. address and telephonenumber, toll-free if available)
• Model name and number
没有提供注册卡，或者是注册卡的信息填写错误导致。
涉及到需要提供注册卡的商品一般是耐用的婴儿消费品，并且危险程度相对较高。比如围栏、门栏、背带、学步车、摇篮等等。
8 警告标语
In order to list these toys on Amazon, please apply bysubmitting the following item.Please update CPSIA Warning Attributein detail page.
产品页面编辑页面CPSIA那栏没有填写内容，需要下拉选择适合自己产品的Warning警示语！
9 缺少电池测试
Please be informed that we are unable to move forward with theapproval process until the following required documentation isprovided:
Kindly provide the following outstanding items as per ASTMF963-17:
• 4.25- Battery Operated Toys
If you feel your product is exempt from the abovesections/re, please provide a statement from your lab orregulation exempting your product for our review.
电动玩具的测试标准，除了ASTM F963-16/17和CPSIA，还需要做电池部分的ASTM Section4.25关于电池驱动和电池部分的测试，若测试报告缺乏这项测试，会导致无法过审。（产品是内置电池、外接干电池、USB供电、直插供电的都需要做这个测试项目）。
10 商品型号或者ASIN不匹配
Product description or product identifier enabling us to make anaccurate determination that the certificate is issued for thecorrect product.
提示CPC证书里面缺少ASIN或产品型号和productdescription（产品描述），导致无法将CPC测试报告和Listing建立上联系。
11 缺少相关标识
The picture must contain all the following relevant information:safety information and registration card, compliance signs(including tracking labels), commodity hazard warning.
图片没有包含所有以下相关信息：安全信息和注册卡、合规标志（包括追踪标签）、商品危险警告。
12 检测报告格式
Therefore, we have to kindly ask you to resubmit the documentsin a format that cannot be modified such as PDF
The documents can be resubmitted by the following ways:
- as a .zip file;
- as multiple documents in separate replies into this case.
- Color copy of the test report (which is not black and white orxerox copy or scanned copy)
- Test report with valid seal and signature.
