2014/53/EU指令介绍
2014年5月22日，无线电设备指令（TheRadio EquipmentDirective，RED）2014/53/EU正式在欧盟官方公报（OG）上公布，并于2014年6月12日生效。该指令将取代无线电与电信终端设备指令（R&TTE指令），2016年6月12日之前，成员国应将该指令转化为成员国法律，原R&TTE指令（1999/5/EC）也随之作废。2016年6月13日起，成员国应采用新无线电设备指令（RED）；2017年6月13日起，符合旧R&TTE指令的产品将不允许在欧盟市场上销售。On May 22, 2014, RED2014/53/EU Officially published in theEuropeanunio's official gazette , and take effect on June 12, 2014.Thedirective will replac R&TTE directive, Before June 12, 2016,member statesshould convert the directive to member states law andthe original R&TTEdirective (1999/5 / EC) is invalid. June 13,2016, member states should adoptthe new RED; from June 13, 2017products that meet the old R&TTE directivewill not be allowedin the eu market.
