UL 2595规定关键零部件须符合：
① 锂离子电芯须满足UL 62133 或 CAN/CSA E62133；
② 电池组不要求满足UL 2054；
③ PTC or NTC, UL 1434；
④ 外部充电器，UL 1012或UL 1310或UL 6950-1；
⑤ 光耦，UL 157；
⑥ 继电器，UL 508；
⑦ 标签系统，UL 969；
⑧ 其他，终端产品对器件的要求。
UL 2595标准的产品测试项目：
① Durability 标签耐久性；
② Normal Charging of Lithium-ion Systems 锂离子系统的正常充电试验；
③ Lithium-ion charging systems 锂离子充电系统-异常运行试验；
④ Lithium-ion battery short circuit 锂离子电池短路-异常运行试验；
⑤ Vibration for Lithium-Ion Batteries 锂离子电池振动；
⑥ Lithium-Ion Enclosure Pressure Test 锂离子电池外壳压力试验；
⑦ Mechanical Strength 机械强度；
⑧ Construction 结构；
⑨Supply Connection and External Flexible Cords 供电连接和外部活动电源线；
⑩Creepage Distances, Clearances and Distances Through Insulation爬电距离，电气间隙和绝缘距离；
⑪Resistance to Heat and Fire 防火及防止热量；
⑫USB 端口低功率验证；
