COA是什么？
COA （全称Certificate ofAnalysis），成分分析报告，一般是对成分各方面性能进行的分析，通常是针对原材料或制成品的每种成分原料。根据欧盟化妆品法规EU/EC1223/2009要求化妆品需要提供产品所含每个成分原料的COA报告以确保原料的安全性以及作为成品化妆品安全评估的基础。
COA内容一般有：Color,Odor,Assay,Waterinsoluble matter,Subsidiary colouring matters,Loss ondrying,Specific grity,Decompositionrange,Flashpoint,Arsenic,Lead,Mercury,Cadmium,Hey metals (asPb),PAHs total,Benzene,Total Phthalate etc.
不同原料成分COA内容不尽相同的，这跟具体成分及其所相关的标准有关的，有些原料成分COA报告将会包含Purity内容，有时有些客户要求提供原料成分纯度证明即PURITYCERTIFICATE(要求见下)，一般提供COA分析报告即可。
PURITYCERTIFICATE : Certificates of Analysys shall attest:
- theconformity with the mandatory purity criteria set out by EUCosmetic Regulation 1223/2009 for that ingredient;
- the absenceof any undesired/prohibited substances according to EU CosmeticRegulation 1223/2009 (e.g. hey metals,SVHCs, CMRs, substances ofAnnex II of Cosmetic Regulation, etc.)
- the absenceof some dangerous impurities as recommended by the Italian HealthInstitute (Antimony, Arsenic, Cadmium,Chromium, Nickel, Lead)
