The devices in this series consist of single/ dual/ quadindependent single or dual supply voltage comparators on a singlemonolithic substrate. The common mode input voltage range includesground even when operated from a single supply, and the low powersupply current drain makes these comparators suitable for batteryoperation. These types were designed to directly interface with TTLand CMOS, Current drain is independent of the supply voltage. Theoutputs can be connected to other open-collector outputs to achievewired-AND relationships.
All devices are specified for the temperature range of –40°Cto 125°C.
