欧盟RED(EU)2019/320法规要求将强制实施,此为REDarticle 3.3 (g) caller location in emergency communications frommobile devices 相关要求规范。
I.强制要求日:2022/3/17;Article 2 of Delegated Regulation (EU)2019/320
A. 新产品申请案可搭配Phoenix RED证书一起提出评估
B. 已发证产品可提出派生申请, 增列Article 3.3 (g)评估
C. 如已在欧洲市售的产品,产品在3/17后须再一次进口报关时,即需要符合
II.须符合产品类别:Smartphone (hand-held mobile telephone); Article 1 ofDelegated Regulation (EU) 2019/320

B. Section 6: “AML compliance” (Advanced MobileLocation)-ETSI 103 625 V1.1.1 (2019-12)
1. Transporting HandsetLocation to PSAPs (national Public Safety Answering Point) forEmergency Calls.

2. Accept test case (fucuson LTE) from R&S solution.

C. Section 7: “WLAN location compliance” with 5 buildingtype (ISO/IEC 18305)
