看如下申请步骤: 

1. 下面这些资料填写好后发送给 info@labtesting.cn

    - 申请信

    - 申请表 Annex B1 (新产品申请),Annex B2 (已经认证过的产品）

    - eartag上必须印有已经按照ICAR要求做好的编码。

2. 初步评估

    - 准备120个eartags

    - 额外10个male components(公扣), 10 个unfastened femal ear tags (没扣住的母扣)

    - 2套 tag applicators(装订器或者其他将ear tag定在动物身上的设备)

这部分测试要在欧洲实验室做，由ICAR统一分配。

3. 实验室测试 (初步评估合格后才做实验室测试)

    - 准备200个黄色的ear tag(如果是可机读的，必须要印上12位条形码，200个中需要平均分配25个号码， 可以每个号码印8个)

    - 测试内容：重量，外形尺寸，成分，高低温冲击，重金属，抗酸碱，老化，摩擦，色差，机读性，印刷条码持久性，锁定装置稳定性等。

测试在法国或者德国实验室完成，由ICAR分配。

Conformance test (ISO 24631-1): Conformance testing is required todemonstrate transponders meet the specifications and standardsoutlined in ISO 11784 and ISO 11785. This test leads to theregistration of the device and the allocation of amanufacturer/product code.
 
Performance test (ISO 24631-3): Performance testing is anevaluation of the following characteristics of the device:modulation amplitude, bit length stability, minimum activationfield strength, resonance frequency, amplitude voltage response(Vss). This test is not obligatory, it does not lead to acertificate but provides useful information about the performanceof the transponder.
 
After the first successful Conformance test is completed, a sharedmanufacturer code of 900 is granted to the manufacturer. With the900 code, ICAR allocates a set of one million codes restricted forthe exclusive use of the manufacturer.
