2.压力设备指令97/23/EC(Pressure EquipmentDirective,PED)于2002年5月29日起强制实施。
运输式压力设备指令2010/35/EU(TransportablePressure EquipmentDirective,TPED)于2010年06月16日发布并取代原TPED指令1999/36/EC及76/767/EEC,84/525/EEC,84/526/EEC,84/527/EEC。新的TPED指令2010/35/EU必须于2011年06月30日起强制实施。运输式压力设备必须符合TPED指令要求，并取得丌标志。
PressureEquipent Directive 97/23/EC (PED) have to be mandatorilyimplemented on May 29,2002.
TransportablePressure Equipment Directive 2010/35/EU (TPED) issued on June16,2010,and repealed Council Directives 76/767/EEC,84/525/EEC,84/526/EEC,84/527/EEC and 1999/36/EC. The new TPED2010/35/EU has to be mandatorily implemented on June 30,2011. Thetransportable pressure equipment have to comply with all therequirements of TPED and have 丌 marking.

Zui大允许压力大于0.5bar的压力设备和装置均属于PED指令的范围，它包括压力容器、管道系统、压力附件、安全附件和压力设备等装置。TPED指令范围包括所有移动压力容器及其配件、槽罐、蓄电池车、气体储气罐及其配件等。
The PEDdirective applies to all pressure equipment subject to a maximumallowable pressure PS exceeding 0.5 bar, which includes pressurevessels, piping, pressure accessories, safety accessories andassemblies. The TPED applies to all pressure receptacles and theiraccessories , tanks, battery vehicles/wagons, multiple-element gascontainers, their accessories, etc.
5.压力设备分类Classification of Pressure Equipment
压力设备根据其相关参数可以分为Ⅰ，Ⅱ，Ⅲ，Ⅳ类。其分类由以下参数决定
l Zui大允许压力
l 介质种类（组1和组2）
l 容积或名义直径（DN）
PED指令附录二中，列出九个适用各类压力设备的分类表，制造商可以根据压力设备的类型和介质种类确认产品分类。
In accordancewith its relevant parameters, the pressure equipment shall bedivided into Category Ⅰ，Ⅱ，Ⅲ and Ⅳ. The classification is based onthe following parameters.
l Maximum allowable pressure
l The Group of Fluids (Group 1 and Group 2)
l Volume or nominal diameter (DN)
Annex Ⅱof PEDindicates nine assessment tables to determine the conformityassessment category of different pressure equipment. Themanufacturers could classify their pressure equipment on thebasis of the product’s type and the group of fluids.
