商户义务 

企业数据：企业名称和地址。

包装内容物：如包装中包含多个口罩，需列明单位数量。

建议使用期限。

警告，如“本产品既不是个人保护设备也不是医疗设备”以及其他。

使用说明，关于如何佩戴、使用和维护、处理和处置口罩。

是否符合 UNE 0064-1:2020、UNE 0064-2: 2020 或 UNE 0065: 2020技术规范，它们确定了卫生的不可重复使用和可重复使用的口罩必须满足的Zui低设计、加工、制备、标记和使用要求，或任何同等标准。

如果是可重复使用的卫生口罩，则必须列明Zui多清洗次数，以及清洗或消毒的方法。

标签必须清晰、持久地附着在产品的包装上，建议使用市售的Zui小包装；或者在消费者可以通过包装完全看到的情况下，也可以附着在产品上。 另外，如果销售是通过网络进行的，则此信息也必须显示在网站上。

Mascarilla de uso personal y noreutilizable 

1.    Lavarse las manos con agua y jabón ofrotarlas con una solución hidroalcohólica antes de manipular lamascarilla. 

2.    Retire la mascarilla del empaque eidentificar la parte superior de la mascarilla 

3.    Colocar la mascarilla en la cara yajustar la pinza nasal a la nariz

4.    Sostener la mascarilla desde el exteriory pasar el arnés de cabeza a ambos lados de las orejas sincruzarlos. 

5.    Bajar la parte inferior de la mascarillaa la barbilla 

6.    Pellizcar la pinza nasal con ambas manospara ajustarla a la nariz 

7.    Verificar que la mascarilla este colocadacorrectamente, cubriendo desde la nariz hasta la parte inferior dela mandíbula. 

8.    Una vez ajustada no tocar la mascarillacon las manos. Si el usuario necesita tocar la mascarilla, debepreviamente lavarse las manos con agua y jabón o frotarlas con unasolución hidroalcohólica. 

9.    Para retirar la mascarilla: lavarse lasmanos con agua y jabón o frotarlas con una soluciónhidroalcohólica, retirarle sin tocar la parte frontal de lamascarilla y desecharla en un recipiente. Luego de esto lavarse lasmanos con agua y jabón o frotarlas con una soluciónhidroalcohólica

This face mask is for personal use anddisposable

1.    Wash your hands with water and soap or ahydroalcoholic gel before manipulate the face mask

2.    Take out the face mask and identify thesuperior part.

3.    Put the face mask with the nose clip ontop of your nose

4.    Place the elastic ear bands behind eachear without crossing them

5.    Adjust the face mask until yourchin. 

6.    Use your thumb and index to adjust thenose clip until the mask fits well and it’s comfortable to use

7.    Verify that the face mask coversefficiently from the nose to the bottom of the jaw and feelscomfortable. 

8.    Do not touch the face mask once isadjusted. If you need to touch the face mask, wash your hands withwater and soap or a hydroalcoholic gel before manipulate it.

9.    To remove the mask: wash your hands withsoap and water or a hydroalcoholic solution, remove withouttouching the front of the mask and dispose of it in a container.After disposing the mask wash your hands with soap and water or ahydroalcoholic solution.
