GB/T10598的本部分规定了露天矿用牙轮钻机和旋转钻机的型式、基本参数、技术要求、试验方法、检验规则、标志、包装、运输和贮存。本部分适用于露天矿用牙轮钻机和旋转钻机（以下简称“钻机”），也适用于其他同类型钻机。该类钻机主要用于露天矿山钻凿炮孔，也可用于建筑、水利、公路、铁路和港口等土石方工程中的露天钻孔作业。
This part of GB/T 10598 specifies the type,basicparameters,technical requirements,test methods,inspectionrules,sign,packaging,transport and storage of open-cut mine rotaryblast hole drill. This part is applicable to open-cut mine rotaryblast hole drill (hereinafter referred to as “drilling rig”) andother similar drilling rigs.This kind of drilling rig is mainlyused for drilling blast holes of place explosives in open-pitmines, and also may be used for open-pit drilling operations inearthwork projects such as buildings, water conservancy, roads,railways and ports etc.
