NORYL SA9000 resin is a modified low molecular weight resin withvinyl end-groups. It is well suited for use with other unsaturatedmonomers and resins which cure via free radical reactions. Theseinclude styrenic, allylic, acrylic, maleimide, methacrylic, andunsaturated polyesters monomers and resins. It has a low solutionviscosity and outstanding solubility in toluene & methyl ethylketone (MEK). Key application areas are in electronic packagingwhich include PCB laminates, copper clad laminates, non-epoxyprepregs, and adhesives. The use of NORYL SA9000 is especiallyadvantageous in insulating materials where very low dielectricproperties and decreased moisture absorption are required.
