3、EN 13390:2002+A1:2009适用范围：
This standard specifies safety and hygienic design requirementsfor the manufacture of machines used for the production of pies,tarts, pasties, en croute products and other similar items wherethe pastry cases are formed by the closing under pressure of one ormore forming heads. The standard applies to the following threebasic types of machines: machines where operators hands enterhazard zone 1 (see 4.2") at each cycle; machines which are loadedoutside hazard zone 1; automatic machines. Figure 1, 2 and 3illustrate examples of these. Automatic loading devices are notcovered by this standard. This standard applies to electrically,pneumatically and hydraulically powered machines. Manually operatedmachines are excluded from the scope of this standard. deleted textThis standard covers the technical safety requirements for thetransport, installation, operation, cleaning and maintenance ofthese machines (see 5.2 and 5.3 of EN ISO 12100-1:2003). Thisstandard deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situationsand events relevant to pie and tart machines, when they are used asintended and under the conditions of misuse which are reasonablyforeseeable by the manufacturer (see Clause 4). Flour dust is not asignificant hazard at pie and tart machines. A noise test code isincluded in annex B to assist manufacturers to measure noise levelfor the purpose of the noise emission declaration. This document innot applicable to pie and tart machines which are manufacturedbefore the date of publication of this document by CEN.
