我国内地文书送国外使用，只办-理外国驻华使领馆的领事认证可以吗？

答：不可以。因为外国驻华使领馆不掌握我国国内公证/书或其他文书出证机构的签字或印章备案，难以核实文书真伪，要求文书必须先经认证处或外交部委托的地方外办认证，而后外国驻华使领馆再确认认证处或地方外办的印章、签字属实。
Answer: No. Because foreign embassies and consulates inChina do not possess the signatures or seals of China ’s domesticnotarial / document or other document issuing agencies, it isdifficult to verify the authenticity of documents. Afterwards, theforeign embassy or consulate in China reconfirmed that the seal orsignature of the certification office or the local foreign affairsoffice was true.

答：我国内地出具的涉外公证/书或其他证明文书送国外使用前，一般应先由认证处或外交部委托的外国驻华领馆领区内省级外事办公室办-理领事认证，再由文书使用国驻华使馆或领馆办-理领事认证。
Answer: Before the foreign-related notarizations / certificatesor other certification documents issued in China are sent toforeign countries, they should generally be handled by thecertification office or the provincial foreign affairs office inthe consular district of the foreign consulate in China. Thedocument is certified by the consulate-general of the embassy orconsulate of the country in China.
