价格单 (price list)又称“价目表”。由厂商定期或不定期地向客户或社会发布的、一般有固定格式的产品售价表．供买主订货时参考。内容包括产品名称、规格、价格和交货条件。除另有注明者外，价格单一般对印发人无约束力．属于邀请发盘性质。客户按价格单的条件定货，乃常需经厂商确认，签订合同。
