1、沪、浙、苏、皖、闽、赣出具的文书送驻上海总领馆认证。
2、云（滇）、贵（黔）、琼、粤、桂出具的文书送驻广州总领馆。
对申请单位提交代理的单据文件审核后，对于可以办理领事认证的单据（如产地证）和官/方机构、公证部门出具的文件（例如商检局出具的商检证、动植物检疫局出具的动植物检疫证明等），可按要求直接送外交部领事司进行认证。对拟办理的领事认证，属于贸促会认证范围的单据文件，如：INV、提单、屠宰证、商检公司出具的商检证、保险公司出具保险单等，先由贸促会直接加盖单据证明专用章予以认证，送外交部领事司认证。对于需制作国际商事证明书的，先由总会出具国际商事证明书，再送外交部领事司。
如何申请办-理使使馆加签
1．提交需经贸促会加签的全套资料（全部的使馆加签必须先经贸促会加签）；
2．提交《领事加签申办表》（1）和《领事加签申办表》（2）各一份正本；
3．提交需加签的文件及其复印件二份。
4、部分有特殊规定的使使馆按其特殊规定办-理；
苏、浙、沪、皖、赣、鄂出具的公证文书可以送上海总领馆认证
1、需西文或英文译文。
2、需1份复印件。
3、巴拿马籍学生学习类文书使馆认证免费。
4、不认证多内容公证书。
5、所有公证文书须办理双认证，并由外交部代送办理使馆认证。

How to apply for an embassy visa
1. Submit a full set of documents to be signed by ccpit (allembassy signatures must be signed by ccpit);
2. Submit one original copy of the consular addendum applicationform (1) and the consular addendum application form (2);
3. Submit signed documents and two copies thereof.
4. If there are some special provisions, the embassy shouldcomply with them;
Notarized documents issued by jiangsu, zhejiang, Shanghai,anhui, jiangxi and hubei can be sent to the consulate general inShanghai for certification
1. A western or English translation is required.
2. One copy is required.
3. The embassy certification of learning documents forPanamanian students is free of charge.
4. Multi-content notarial certificate shall not beauthenticated.
5. All notarized documents shall be double certified and sent bythe ministry of foreign affairs on behalf of the embassy forauthentication.
