申请代办使馆加签注意事项：
1、要提供清洁合格的加签文件，避免用不清洁或破损的文件，避免使用过期的原产地证，出具的CI要正规，CI纸太薄的要粘贴一张白纸。
2、加签文件须有公司章和贸促会加签章(及签名)，避免印章漏盖、反盖或多盖以及印章不清，文件附页应粘连在正页上．并在交接处加盖贸促会骑缝章。
3、由商检局出具的文件上不能再加盖贸促会加签章，否则将视为无效。
4、要详填"代办申请使馆加签申请表"、中各栏目(有固定格式，与我索取)，尤其是"申请单位、地址、邮编、TE、传真及经办人"、"使用国别"、"送往国别"、"送往使馆"及"文件名称、份数及编号"也需填写清楚。文件份数控页计算，如需加签产地证一正二付，应写3份。"返回时间"可署具体日期或"尽快"字样。一个单位申请送办二个以上使馆，每个使馆写一张申请表。
5、产地证中第l栏与1栏的公司名称必须相符，CI上公司名称与所盖公司也需相符。
6、产地证中第6-10栏的内容如有错不能更改、只能重新制单。
7、CI的单价、数量与总金额的计算不能有错。
8、产地证签发日期不能早于CI日期。
Notes for applying for the endorsement of the embassy:

4. Fill in the "Application Form for Applying for EmbassyEndorsement on an Agent", each column (there is a fixed format, askme for it), especially "applicant unit, address, zip code, TE, faxand handler", "country of use" "No", "Sent to country", "Send toembassy" and "Document name, number of copies and serial number"also need to be filled out clearly. The documents are calculated onthe numerical control page. If you need to sign the certificate oforigin, you should write 3 copies. "Return time" can be signed witha specific date or "as soon as possible". One unit applies for morethan two embassies, and each embassy writes an applicationform.
5. The company name in column 1 and column 1 of thecertificate of origin must match, and the company name on the CImust match the company covered.
6. If there is any error in the content of column 6-10 in thecertificate of origin, it cannot be changed, and the order can onlybe remade.
