GENERALDESCRIPTION
The PW2058/PW2059 is a constant frequency, current modestep-down converter. The device integrates a main switch and asynchronous rectifier for high efficiency without an externalSchottky diode. It is ideal for powering portable e thatruns from a single cell Lithium-Ion (Li+) battery. The outputvoltage can be regulated as low as 0.6V. The PW2058/PW2059 can alsorun at 100,% duty cycle for low dropout operation, extendingbattery life in portable system. This device offers two operationmodes, PWM control and PFM Mode switching control, which allows ahigh efficiency over the wider range of the load.
