附件V：根据第2条第7款(b)项对于注册义务的豁免
1.其他物质或物品暴露于如空气、湿气、微生物或阳光这样的环境因素时偶然发生的化学反应得到的物质。
2.由储存的另一种物质、配制品或物品偶然发生的化学反应产生的物质。
3.在其他物质、配制品和物品的终使用中发生的化学反应中产生的而并非是制造商或进口商本身制造、进口或上市的物质。
4.并非以其本身制造、进口或投放市场并且源自下列情况引发的化学反应产生的某些物质：
(a)稳定剂、着色剂、调味剂、抗氧化剂、填充剂、溶剂、载体、表面活性剂、增塑剂、抗腐蚀剂、阻泡剂或消泡剂、分散剂、抑制沉淀剂、干燥剂、粘合剂、乳化剂、反乳化剂、脱水剂、胶凝剂、促黏剂、流动调节剂、pH值中和剂、阻隔剂、凝结剂、凝聚剂、阻燃剂、润滑剂、鳖合剂或品质控配制品，当以上物质按预期目的发挥作用时；或者
(b)一种物质仅具备某种特定的物理化学特性，当其按预期目的发挥作用时。
5.副产品，除非以其自身进口或上市。
6.某种物质与水结合形成的氢氧化物和水合离子，设若这种物质已由制造商或进口商应用本免责条款注册。
7.自然存在的下列物质，只要它们没有经过化学改性。

8.除第7条列举的种类之外，其他自然存在、未经化学改性的物质，除非它们满足据第67/548/EEC号指令的标准被分类为危险品。
