符合DIN 51517-03 CLP的要求.若持有油品使用说明,则齿轮箱换油为Klüberoil GEM 1N之前无需咨询齿轮生产厂家。
KlüberComp润滑技术包含高质量原材料的选择以及克鲁勃个性化推荐和服务，可确保不同齿轮箱零件同时达到高效润滑。
Klüberoil GEM 1 N润滑油具有防齿面刮伤能力,从ISO VG 150粘度起,防刮伤等级达到APIGL4。即使在峰值载荷,振动及微振动下,齿面也能有效的防止刮伤。
根据FVA54标准，本产品的GFT抗微点蚀等级10。所有该润滑油可充分保护承受高载的齿轮-因为高载的齿轮通常对这类损坏非常敏感。
该润滑油能够良好的保护齿轮和滚动轴承以此来实现各个被润滑的零件达到其精准计算的使用寿命，因而降低维护和修理的费用。
