骑行过程中的摔倒会对头部造成很大的损害,骑行者是以较低的车速沿着坡度平稳的自行车道骑行,也同样不可忽视安全问题。佩戴骑行头盔的原因很简单也很重要——保护头部,减少伤害。滑板和滑旱冰户外运动也是同样。

2 Scope范围
ThisEuropean Standard specifies requirements and test methods forhelmets worn by users of pedal cycles, skateboards and rollerskates. 本欧洲标准规定了踏板自行车、滑板和轮式溜冰鞋用户佩戴的头盔的要求和试验方法。

3 Requirements要求
3.1 Materials材料
Forthose parts of the helmet coming into contact with the skin, thematerial used should be known not to undergo appreciable alterationfrom contact with sweat or with substances likely to be found intoiletries.
对于头盔与皮肤接触的部分,应知道所使用的材料在与汗水或化妆品中可能发现的物质接触时不会发生明显的变化。
Materials shall not be used which are known tocause skin disorders.
不应使用已知会引起皮肤疾病的材料。
3.2 Construction结构
Thehelmet normally consists of a means of absorbing impact energy andmeans of retaining the helmet on the head in anaccident.
头盔通常包括一种吸收冲击能量的方法和一种在事故中保持头盔在头部的方法。
Thehelmet should be durable and withstand handling. The helmet shallbe so designed and shaped that parts of it (visor, rivets,ventilators, edges, fastening device and the like) are not likelyto injure the user in normal use.
头盔应耐用,并能承受操作。头盔的设计和形状应使其部分(帽舌、铆钉、通风器、边缘、紧固装置等)在正常使用时不太可能伤害使用者。
3.3 Field of vision视野
Whentested in accordance with 5.7 there shall be no occultation in thefield of vision bounded by angles as follows (see Figure1):
按照5.7进行测试时,以下角度限定的视野内不应存在掩星(见图1):
⎯ horizontally: min. 105° from the longitudinal vertical median planeto the left and right hand sides;水平方向:从纵垂直中位面到左右两侧Zui小105°;
⎯ upwards:min. 25° from the reference plane; 上:离参考面Zui小25°;
⎯ downwards:min. 45° from the basic plane. 向下:离基本面Zui小45度。
3.4 Shock absorbingcapacity减震能力
Thehelmet shall give protection to the forehead, rear, sides, templesand crown of the head.
Whentested in accordance with 5.3 and 5.4 the peak acceleration shallnot, for each impact, exceed 250 g for the velocity of 5,42(+0.1,0) , m/s on the flat anvil, and 4,57 (+0.1,0) m/s on the kerbstoneanvil.
头盔可以保护前额、后方、两侧、太阳穴和头顶。当根据5.3和5.4进行测试时,当平砧上的速度为5,42(+0.1,0) , m/s,路沿石砧上的速度为4,57 (+0.1,0) m/s时,每次冲击的峰值加速度不应超过250g。
3.5 Durability耐久性
Afterbeing tested the helmet shall not exhibit damage that could causesignificant injury to the wearer (sharp edges,points).

3.6 Retention system固定系统
3.6.1 General通用
Meansshall be provided for retaining the helmet on the wearer's head.All parts of the retention system shall be securely attached to thehelmet.
应提供用于将头盔保留在佩戴者头上的方法。保护系统的所有部分都要安全地连接到头盔上。
3.6.2 Chin strap下颏带
Thechin strap shall not include a chin cup. Any chin strap shall be noless than 15 mm wide. Chin straps may be fitted with means ofenhancing comfort for the wearer.
颏带不应包括颏杯。下颏带的宽度不得少于15毫米。下颏带可以以增强佩戴者舒适度的方式安装。
3.6.3 Fastening device夹紧机构
Anyretention system shall be fitted with a device to adjust andmaintain tension in the system. The device shall be capable ofadjustment so that the buckle does not sit on the jawbone.
任何保持系统都应配备调节和保持系统张力的装置。该装置应能够调整,使扣不坐在颌骨上。
3.6.4 Colour颜色
No partof the retention system shall be coloured green.
固定系统的任何部分都不能被涂成绿色。
3.6.5 Strength强度
Whentested in accordance with 5.5, the dynamic extension of theretention system shall not exceed 35 mm and the residual extensionshall not exceed 25 mm. For this purpose, extension includesslippage of the fastening device.
按照标准5.5进行试验时,保留系统的动态延伸不得超过35mm,剩余延伸不得超过25mm。为此目的,延伸包括紧固装置的滑移。
Damageto the retention system shall be accepted provided that the aboverequirements are met. 在满足上述要求的情况下,对保留体系的损害应予接受。
3.6.6 Effectiveness效能
Whentested in accordance with 5.6 the helmet shall not come off theheadform.
当按照标准5.6进行测试时,头盔不能从头部脱落。
3.6.7 Ease of release易于释放
Following the strength test in accordance with 5.5and with the load still applied, it shall be possible to open therelease system with one hand.
按照标准5.5进行强度试验后,在仍施加载荷的情况下,应能单手打开释放系统。
