PC原材料欧盟国家食品接触材料检验
食品级塑料PC原材料用以玻璃奶瓶、厨具、小玩具等主要用途，已经十分非常庞大。尤其指出的是玻璃奶瓶、厨具等相关材料，在出入口欧盟国家以前，务必达到欧盟国家的食品接触材料检验。
测试标准：聚碳酸(EU 10/2011) PC Polycarbonate products(EU 10/2011)
检验项目：
全方位转移之10% 乙醇浸取法(pH>4.5水溶性食材) Overall migration in 10% ethanol(pH>4.5 aqueous foods)
全方位转移之3%冰醋酸浸取法(pH≤4.5酸性水果) Overall migration in 3% acetic acid(pH≤4.5 acidic foods)
全方位转移之20% 乙醇浸取法(含酒精含量≤20%的食材) Overall migration in 20% ethanol(alcohol content≤20% foods)
全方位转移之50% 乙醇浸取法(含酒精含量>20%的食材或水包油食材) Overall migration in 50%ethanol (alcohol content>20% or oil in water emulsions)
全方位转移之食用橄榄油或橄榄油替代品浸取法(脂防食材) Overall migration in rectified oliveoil or substitute of rectified olive oil (fatty foods)
3%冰醋酸中初中级芳香胺特殊迁移 Specific migration of primary aromatic amine in3 % acetic acid
3%冰醋酸的可溶解出重金属超标(钡、钴、铜、铁、锂、锰、锌) Soluble heavy metal (Ba, Co, Cu,Fe, Li, Mn, Zn)
50%酒精的BPA溶光度检测 Specific migration of BPA in 50% ethanol
BPA总产量(对于PC玻璃奶瓶或印着BPA free标签的PC产品或者3周岁以下儿童产品) Total BPA (onlyfor PC milk bottle and PC material with BPA free label or for under3 years old infant product)
