检测工程师技术分享：各国手工具的测试标准和要求是那些？

所谓手工具系指纯粹藉由人力操作使用，不包含电动、气动或以其他动力驱动的工具。有关手工具的测试要求首重安全性，次求功能性与实用性，再则为耐用性与加工性。所有测试皆依据相关标准与客户要求来执行。

Hand tool means manual-operated tools, excluding themotor-operated, air-driven or other power-operated tools. Safety isthe first priority of the hand tool, then, functionality andpracticability is considered. After then, durability andperformance will be requested. All of the tests are conductedaccording to the standards or the applicant’s request. 

手工具的测试评估主要包含了硬度、扭力、抗拉强度等等于常见的工具上包含铁锤、板手、螺丝起子及钳子等。所参考的规范包含了美国、德国、英国、欧洲及国际规范及GS认证服务等等。
