一、客户已读不回的「常规跟进」
1.Since I haven't heard back from you. I have to assumethere might be some issues with our business relationShip.Please let me know if I can be of anv help
因为一直没收到你回复,我们的业务关系可能存在一些问题。如果我能为此提供任何帮助,请告知我。
2.Can I know what is the reason for not replying to themessage, the price or what you have another supplier?
请问不回复消息的原因是什么,价格或者有其他供应商吗
3.For so many days no response from you, I would like tofollow up on the reason. If it's because of the price, I could try to apply for a discount for you.
这么多天没有收到你的回复,我想了解一下原因。如果是因为价格的因素,我可以尝试为你申请折扣。
4.I've attached another proposal for you to review. Please look it over and let us know about your thoughts.

3.I'm touching base again, because the products werecommended would be helpful for you to generate more sales.

2.Our Spring Festival holiday is coming soon, and thefactory will be on vacation during that time. Please confirmyour order as soon as possible to avoid delay in delivery.

3.The end of the year will be the peak Shipping season forour comPany. If your order is ready, please send it to us inadvance so that we can arrange the production plan in time.
