根据全球不同国家和区域制定的关于食品接触材料法律法规特点,全球食品接触材料安全要求大致分为以下三大区域:欧盟、美国、亚洲。
欧盟颁布的指令 EC No.1935/2004 涵盖了17种材料,是欧盟关于食品接触材料和制品的基本框架法规。欧盟一些成员国还颁布了当地的相关法规,如德国LFGB-3031&33,法国DGCCRF 2004-64,意大利Gazzetta Ufficiale 30104/1962 No.283英国 UK Sl 898:2005 等。
美国 FDA 也颁布了一系列食品接触材料管理法规,包括 U.S.FDA CFR 21 Part175-189 和 FDACPG 7117.05,06,07.
其他国家也颁布了相关的法规,如中国的国家标准(GB)、日本的食品卫生安全法(JFSL)等。
