什么是使馆认证（领事馆认证）？
简称领事馆认证（LEGALIZATION BY EMBASSY OR CONSULATE）,又称“外交认证”。

是指一国外交|领事馆机构及其授权机构在公证文书或其他证明文书上，确认公证机构|相应机关或者认证机构的一个签字或者印章属实的活动。

向伊`斯`兰国`家出口清`真肉类等食品有何特殊要求？

对伊`斯`兰国`家出口清`真肉类或其他食品，必须由中国伊`斯`兰教协会签发统一的出口清`真食品证明（哈拉证书），地方伊`斯`兰教协会不能签发出口证书。
The export of Muslim meat or other food to Islamic State must beissued a unified certificate of Muslim food export (islamiccertificate) by The Islamic Association of China. The local Islamicassociation cannot issue an export certificate.
上述证明应加盖中国国际贸易促进委员会的印章后方可办理领事馆认证。
外国驻华使馆办理领事馆认证对有关文书的要求：

（二）各个国`家对各种公证书的时效有不同的规定，如意大利要求结婚公证书有效期为3个月，阿根廷要求未刑公证书2个月有效，奥地利要求未刑公证书1个月有效，等等。鉴此，请您根据有关要求和需要及时办理领事馆认证，并在办理后尽快使用。
