通常认证的资料有：产地证、 商业INV、装箱单、合同、报关单、营业执照、提单、等各类商业文件送各国大使馆认证加签。
The usual certification materials are: certificate of origin,commercial INV, packing list, contract, customs declaration,business license, bill of lading, and other commercial documentssent to embassies of various countries for certification andendorsement.
提交需认证的各类单证一律用打字机缮制,手写无效。并要求做到清洁、完整、有效、凡修改处要盖申请单位校对章(每份单证使用校正章不得超过三处),提交时应注明各单证需认证的份数。
All types of documents submitted for certification will bereprinted with a typewriter, and handwriting is invalid. Andrequire to be clean, complete, effective, where the amendmentsshould be covered by the proofreading stamp of the applicant unit(each document should use more than three correction stamps), whensubmitting should indicate the number of copies of each document tobe certified.
认证文件需要加手签的,应提供有效依据(如L/C等)。
If the certification document needs to be signed by hand, avalid basis (such as L / C, etc.) should be provided.
所有单证认证须在贸促会留底一份,留底的可以是影印件。
All documents must be certified with CCPIT and a photocopy isrequired.
