目前，需要颁发使领馆证书的国家和地区主要分布在南美、中东、非洲等国家和地区，其他一些欧美国家也加入了行列，主要包括阿根廷、阿联酋、秘鲁，巴西、科威特、哥伦比亚、厄瓜多尔、阿曼、伊朗、泰国、菲律宾、伊拉克、约旦、土耳其、印度、俄罗斯、埃及、墨西哥、沙特阿拉伯、卡塔尔、玻利维亚、希腊、波兰、利比亚、丹麦、西班牙、叙利亚、巴基斯坦、缅甸、智利、委内瑞拉等。

我国内地文书送国外使用，办-理领事认证对文书有何要求？
答：根据司法部有关规定，涉外公证/书只能由涉外公证处出具，在证词、格式、用纸等方面都有专门规定，而且必须有译文。普通公证/书不能办-理领事认证，不能送往国外使用。此外，对申请办-理领事认证的涉外公证/书和商业文书，不同的文书使用国驻华使领馆在审核时有不同的要求。外交部领事司会及时将所掌握的外国使领馆的新要求通报有关文书出证主管机*关，提醒其在出具文书时考虑文书使用国的相关要求。因此，当事人在向有关机构申请出具文书时，应该明确告知文书拟送往使用的国家、使用目的及其他相关信息，以便相关机构准确出。
