A、产地证和出入境检验局出具的文件可以直接邮寄给我们，不需要提供其它资料
A. The certificate of origin and the documents issued by theEntry-Exit Inspection Bureau can be mailed directly to us withoutproviding other information
B、除产地证及商检局出具的文件外其它文件认证需要提供以下资料：
B. In addition to the certificate of origin and the documentsissued by the Commodity Inspection Bureau, other documentcertifications need to provide the following information:
1、营业执照年检的复印件（需盖年检章）
1. Photocopy of the annual inspection of the business license(an annual inspection seal is required)
2、对外贸易经营者备案表复印件一份
2. A copy of the foreign trade operator's record form
3、单位介绍信一份
3. A unit introduction letter
4、证明书申请表一份
4. A certificate application form
5、签章声明备案表一份
5. A record form for signature declaration
6、需要认证文件的原件一份
6. An original copy of the certification document
