(一）标本采集要求
1.从事猴痘病毒标本采集的技术人员应经过生物安全培训(培训合格）并具备相应的实验技能。采样人员个人防护装备要求:N95或以上防护口罩、护目镜或面罩、连体防护服、双层乳胶手套、防水靴套;如果接触了患者血液、体液、分泌物或排泄物，应及时更换外层乳胶手套。
2.住院病例的标本由所在医院医护人员在当地疾控机构专，业人员指导下采集。
3.密切接触者标本由当地疾控机构负责采集。
4.感染或疑似感染猴痘病毒的动物由兽医部门专，业采样人员负责采集。
5.环境或其它生物材料根据检测需要由专，业采样人员负责采集。
6.根据实验室检测工作的需要，可结合病程多次采样。
（1） Sample collection requirements
1. Technicians engaged in the collection of monkeypox virussamples shall receive biosafety training (qualified) and havecorresponding experimental skills. Personal protective equipmentrequirements for sampling personnel: N95 or above protective masks,goggles or masks, one-piece protective clothing, double-layer latexgloves, waterproof boots; In case of contact with the patient'sblood, body fluids, secretions or excretions, the outer latexgloves should be replaced in time.
2. Samples of hospitalized cases shall be collected by themedical staff of the hospital under the guidance of professionalsfrom local disease control institutions.
3. Specimens of close contacts shall be collected by localdisease control institutions.
4. The animals infected or suspected to be infected withmonkeypox virus shall be collected by the professional samplingpersonnel of the veterinary department.
5. The environment or other biological materials shall becollected by professional sampling personnel according to thetesting needs.
6. According to the needs of laboratory testing, multiplesamples can be taken in combination with the course of disease.
