(二)标本采集种类
用于实验室确认猴痘的推荐标本类型是皮肤病变标本，包括病变皮疹、痘疱表面和/或渗出物的拭子、痘疱液、痘疱表皮或痘痂。
需采集病例急性期呼吸道标本（咽拭子）和急性期血液标本，可根据临床表现与采样时间间隔进行采集;血液标本尽量采集发病后7天内的急性期EDTA抗凝血。采集量5ml,以空腹血为佳，建议使用含有EDTA抗凝剂的真空采血管。
其他研究材料如直肠和/或生殖器拭子、尿液、精液根据需要采集。
（2） Sample collection type
The recommended specimen type for laboratory confirmation ofmonkeypox is skin lesion specimen, including the swab of lesionrash, blister surface and/or exudate, blister fluid, blisterepidermis or scab.
At the same time, respiratory tract samples (throat swabs) andblood samples in the acute phase of cases need to be collected,which can be collected according to clinical manifestations andsampling intervals; Blood samples should be collected as much aspossible within 7 days after the onset of acute EDTAanticoagulation. The collection volume is 5ml, and it is better touse empty blood. It is recommended to use vacuum blood collectionvessel containing EDTA anticoagulant.
Other research materials such as rectal and/or genital swabs,urine and semen are collected as required.
