（1） General inspection
一般检查
Peripheral blood leukocytes are normal or increased, andplatelets are normal or decreased. Some patients may have elevatedtransaminase levels, decreased blood urea nitrogen levels, andhypoproteinemia.
外周血白细胞正常或升高，血小板正常或减少。部分患者可出现转氨酶水平升高、血尿素氮水平降低、低蛋白血症等。
（2） Etiological examination
病原学检查
Nucleic acid detection: monkeypox virus nucleic acid can bedetected in skin rash, blister fluid, scab skin, oropharyngeal ornasopharyngeal secretion and other samples by nucleic acidamplification detection method.
核酸检测：采用核酸扩增检测方法在皮疹、疱液、痂皮、口咽或鼻咽分泌物等标本中可检测出猴痘病毒核酸。
2. Virus culture: monkeypox virus can be isolated by collectingthe above samples for virus culture. Virus cultivation should becarried out in biosafety laboratories at or above the thirdlevel.
病毒培养：采集上述标本进行病毒培养可分离到猴痘病毒。病毒培养应当在三级及以上生物安全实验室开展。
