在认证合同类文件时,需要注意以下事项:

一、一般情况下，合同需在双方签字、盖章后生效，但由于我处只对中方合同主体的资格进行形式认证，所以对未生效的合同类文件，即文件上只有中方签字、盖章而外方没有签字、盖章或外方的签字、盖章是影印件的情况下，也可以进行认证。
